Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to office leadership and project teams.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.

Prepare, format, and review reports, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Assist with project documentation, tracking, and coordination activities.
-
Maintain office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination as needed.

Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and other administrative accounting functions.

Prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in an engineering, construction, technical services, or professional services environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and office operations.

Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language

Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
