As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Fleet Manager to take full ownership of our fleet operations and help us maintain the reliability our clients count on.
Key Responsibilities
- Track fleet availability daily; report status weekly
- Set and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule
- Manage breakdown response and vendor coordination
- Source and manage parts vendors; negotiate pricing and turnaround
- Ensure driver readiness; manage yard and parking operations
- Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare annual fleet budget; submit monthly cost reports
- Monitor telematics alerts, fuel card systems, and expense controls
Requirements
- 2+ years in fleet management or a closely related role (trucking, logistics, heavy equipment)
- Strong mechanical knowledge — able to assess repair needs and validate vendor diagnostics
- Hands-on DOT/FMCSA compliance experience
- Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Fleet budgeting and cost analysis skills
- Proficiency with fleet telematics and TMS systems
- CDL license required
- English – Upper Intermediate or above
- Russian language required due to daily communication with our driver team
- Calm, decisive, and reliable under pressure
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Occasional availability beyond standard hours required — reachable by phone for urgent situations (e.g., major breakdowns).
