Job Description :
Provide direct support to students in one-on-one or group settings. Follow the behavior support plans designed for students. Collect, record, summarize, and display data. Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the provision of interventions. Ability to participate in Mindset training and utilization. Participate in required district trainings. Maintain professionalism at all times. Additional responsibilities may be added. Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to FERPA.
Licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician or eligible for the license pending the competency assessment.
- Minimum Associate's Degree.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with teachers, administrators, and students.
- Ability to travel between schools.
