Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $120,000 to $180,000 Per Year BOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle of electrical construction projects (design → closeout)
- Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost control
- Oversee contracts, production, quality, and safety
- Handle change orders and project communication across all stakeholders
- Manage and mentor field leadership (including General Superintendents)
- Coordinate electrical scopes including power distribution and installation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years as an Electrical Project Manager
- Experience with industrial and/or mission-critical/data center-hyperscale projects
- Proven success managing large-scale projects ($100M+ electrical scopes)
- Strong financial acumen and project sequencing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background + drug test, including THC)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Ability to perform field inspections, which may include climbing ladders and working in various environmental conditions.
- Must be able to talk or hear, sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, work in tight or restricted areas, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
- Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
