Job Overview
We are a local lawn care company servicing residential and commercial properties in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas. We are looking to add a reliable, hard-working part-time member to our crew to handle lawn maintenance. You will be working directly alongside the crew lead to keep our properties looking sharp.
Responsibilities
- Operating commercial lawn equipment (weed eaters, edgers, hedgers, pole saws, blowers, and mowers).
- Heavy weed eating and crisp edging on residential and commercial yards.
- Loading and unloading trailers safely.
- Help with seasonal tasks to include leaves, pine straw, mulch, and full property cleanup.
Requirements
- Weed Eater Experience: You must have hands-on experience operating residential and/or commercial weed eaters. We need someone who already knows how to handle a trimmer and leave clean lines.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable personal vehicle to get to our morning pickup spot or job sites on time. No exceptions.
- Total Flexibility: Our schedule changes from week to week based on weather, rain delays, and customer needs. You must have open flexibility during the weekdays and be fully available to work weekends.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
