Assist the General Manager with daily operations, team training, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. · Starting salary up to $60,000

- Passion for great food and guest service
- Strong knowledge of menu items and preparation standards
- Ability to train, coach, and lead a motivated team
- Maintain speed of service, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Support drive-thru and hospitality operations
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures
- Drive sales, manage goals, and perform admin duties
- Positive attitude and respectful leadership style
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Qualifications- Restaurant Manager
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of restaurant experience
- Open Availability
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Strategic, dependable, and results-driven
- Detail-oriented and observant
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Skilled in developing and motivating teams
