We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers promptly and courteously, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs using service history. You will provide accurate cost and time estimates, promote services and parts, and obtain customer authorization before proceeding with work.

Meet and greet service customers in a professional manner.

Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine service requirements.

Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.

Provide accurate estimates of costs and completion times and obtain customer approval.

Monitor service progress and communicate any changes to customers promptly.

Manage warranty repairs for new and used vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.

Confirm appointments by phone prior to scheduled service dates.

Conduct follow-up communications post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inspect vehicles before delivery to confirm services or repairs are complete and communicate results.

Comply with state and federal laws regarding automobile repair and consumer protection.

Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Positive attitude and high-energy personality.

Strong customer service skills.

Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
