What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care under the guidance of RNs and physicians.
- Accurately administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring safety and accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid LVN license in California.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, with strong skills in building patient rapport.
- Detail-oriented and organized team player.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, though not required.
