Position Summary
A growing 24/7 courier and logistics company is seeking a reliable Part-Time Courier Operations/Dispatcher (AM/PM) to coordinate ground and air deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for the intake of delivery request, dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, coordinating airport cargo, communicating all relevant delivery elements throughout the delivery process, and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch delivery requests.
- Coordinate and monitor ground couriers and air cargo shipments.
- Communicate delivery details with drivers and clients
- Monitor deliveries and provide shipment status updates.
- Resolve service issues, delays, and route changes.
- Maintain dispatch records, proof of delivery (POD), and operational documentation.
- Assist with driver scheduling, onboarding, and compliance records.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and new delivery routes and schedules.
- Support daily operations to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch, courier, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
