Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food handling, safety protocols, and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Oversee food safety practices in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sushi preparation, fine dining, or Japanese cuisine within a restaurant setting.
- Supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen management systems and food industry standards.
