The Vendor shall provide the following services as part of the Pre-Stay Inspection for each
property:
- Home is Guest-Ready: All areas, surfaces, appliances, and furnishings in the home are
cleaned, organized, and free of clutter. Rooms should be arranged according to Company
specifications to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Outside Areas Guest-Ready: Ensure all exterior areas including pool, patio, and porch are
cleaned. Furniture must be arranged in a welcoming and organized manner, free of debris
or clutter.
- Welcome Amenities Are Placed: Vendor is responsible for arranging and placing
designated welcome amenities as specified by the Company for each property. These
items may include welcome kits, toiletries, refreshments, or other items provided by the
Company.
- Reporting of Maintenance Issues: During inspection, Vendor shall promptly identify and
report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken appliances, plumbing issues, light bulbs, etc.)
via the Company's reporting system. Maintenance issues must be logged before guest
arrival to allow time for resolution.
- Thorough Light Cleaning and Inspection: Vendor is responsible to conduct a light cleaning
for all areas of the home and ensure that all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living
spaces have been inspected for cleanliness, damage, and overall presentation.
- Completing Guest Runs: Fulfill in-stay guest requests (e.g., extra towels, toiletries, or
specific amenities).
- Resolving Inventory Requests:
◦ Process and fulfill inventory-related requests for property supplies or guest amenities.
◦ Maintain accurate tracking of inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
◦ Collaborate with local management teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per day
