<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor.
<Responsibilities>
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is followed at all times while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct night audits as needed to verify daily financial transactions and reports
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly
<Skills>
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with efficiency and poise
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
- Familiarity with guest relations, hotel policies, and hospitality best practices
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
