What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the community—keeping things running smoothly while creating a positive experience for residents and prospects.
Your days may include:
- Welcoming and touring future residents
- Supporting current residents and their needs
- Overseeing leasing, rent collection, and daily operations
- Coordinating with maintenance and vendors
- Walking vacant apartments and helping prepare them for new move-ins
- Keeping the community organized, inviting, and well cared for

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
