What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Greet customers and ensure they receive excellent service during their visit.
- Assist customers with our self-service system and promote car wash memberships.
- Ensure vehicles are safely guided into the car wash tunnel and monitor the process.
- Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep the site spotless and efficient.
- Manage opening and closing duties, making sure the site is clean and organized.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to keep them motivated.
- Help with inventory, site repairs, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with leadership skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Someone who can work on their feet in all weather conditions—rain, heat, or cold.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks like bending, standing, and walking.
