Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a busy setting. The ideal candidate will coach staff, ensure excellent guest service, and uphold high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role involves motivating the team, managing schedules and expenses, and maintaining a positive work environment. The manager must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working on their feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and control expenses.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure staff adherence to company standards.
- Foster a welcoming team culture focused on guest experience.
- Participate actively in shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or quick-service setting.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example on the floor.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure in a busy environment.
- Passion for developing teams and providing outstanding guest service.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
