Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our growing national franchise network. This role is instrumental in helping maintain brand consistency, supporting franchise owners, and ensuring the successful rollout of both local and national marketing programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities is key. This position works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and franchise partners to coordinate campaigns, streamline processes, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Duties
- Manage the department’s ticket requests.
- Work with the franchise network to deliver local success in social media and projects, including Social Media Monitoring/Approvals
- Coordinate and oversee various marketing activities and assets, including printed marketing materials, digital advertising, and social media assets.
- Execute monthly network marketing contests.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to support the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, such as asset management (digital & physical), producing and processing requisition forms, etc.
- Support marketing leadership in organizing and executing various projects.
- Work regularly with department vendors and agency partners to achieve project goals.
- Manage execution and processing of local marketing rebates.
- Other projects as needed.
Experience
- 1-2 years in a marketing role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level (or greater).
- Experience working with online marketing applications such as Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, and Jotform is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite Programs is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to learn new software programs.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, switch between duties, and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and creative.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, a strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
