Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues through problem-solving and analysis skills
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement
Experience
- Previous client services experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and basic troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in sales or outbound calling campaigns is beneficial but not required
- Excellent writing skills for clear documentation and client communication
- Customer service problem-solving experience that showcases your ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
