Express Kitchens is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Counter Sales to join our fast-paced showroom team. If you enjoy helping customers, have a passion for home improvement, and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting Windows, Siding, Kitchen and Bath cabinetry, and Appliances.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service and support.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and budget.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and discuss financing options when applicable.
- Follow up on quotes and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of Windows, Siding, Cabinets, and Appliances preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and willing to work in a fast paced retail environment.
- Availability to work rotational Saturdays is required.
