Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope
Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications
Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors
