JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Integrated Risk & Data Analyst supports the organization's Safety, Risk Management, Quality, Environmental, and Compliance functions through the collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting of enterprise data. Reporting directly to the Integrated Risk & Data Manager, this position plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable business intelligence that supports informed decision-making, risk reduction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
The Sr. Integrated Risk & Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data models while partnering with operational, compliance, quality, environmental, and safety teams to identify trends, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This position serves as a key contributor to the organization's enterprise analytics strategy by ensuring data integrity, providing meaningful insights, and supporting the development of scalable reporting solutions across multiple business functions.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations supporting Safety, Risk, Quality, Environmental, and Compliance programs.
Monitor and report on leading and lagging performance indicators.
Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks through data analysis.
Develop recurring executive, operational, and departmental performance reports.
Support predictive and trend analysis initiatives to improve organizational decision-making.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and operational teams.
Create data visualizations that effectively communicate performance metrics and business insights.
Assist in developing standardized reporting methodologies and KPI definitions across departments.
Ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy across the business unit.
Support enterprise risk management initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Assist with tracking corrective actions, audits, inspections, compliance activities, and management system performance.
Monitor compliance-related metrics and identify areas requiring management attention.
Support claims, incident management, investigations, and risk assessment programs through analytical reporting.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce organizational risk.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with at least 2 years focused on data systems, analytics, or HSEMS implementation.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, compliance practices, and management systems.
Proficiency with HSE data platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Samsara, Intelex, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong relationship builder, solid influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to coach front-line operations personnel.
Proficient with Power Bi, MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
This position has the potential to be Full-time Office or Hybrid Remote.
PAY EQUITY:
$90,000- $115,000
