Rise Management is hiring a full-time Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team in Austin. This is an entry-level, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with customers, introduce AT&T wireless and internet services, answer questions, and help customers enroll in the products and plans that best fit their needs.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers and business owners to introduce available AT&T services, answer questions, and assist with account enrollment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop valuable skills in customer service, communications, account management, and sales while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Representative include:
- Meet with customers to discuss available AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity services as a Customer Sales Representative.
- Assist customers with account enrollment, service setup information, and promotional offers.
- Help customers compare service plans, devices, and features based on their household or business needs.
- Provide professional customer support by answering questions and helping resolve basic account concerns as a Customer Sales Representative.
- Maintain organized customer interactions and accurate enrollment information.
- Build positive customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up support.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, customer engagement, and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer outreach and enrollment goals as a Customer Sales Representative.
