Job Title: Head Girls Basketball Coach
Location: Ebenezer Middle School
Position Summary
Ebenezer Middle School is seeking a motivated and student-centered Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead and develop a competitive program that emphasizes academic success, character development, and athletic excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the girls basketball program (varsity and sub-varsity).

Plan and conduct practices, implement game strategies, and support year-round development.

Monitor academic progress and ensure eligibility compliance.

Maintain compliance with district and South Carolina High School League regulations.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration.

Supervise student-athletes at all events and coordinate team travel.
Qualifications
-
Previous basketball coaching experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and program development.

Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Commitment to student-athlete academic and character development.

Willingness to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to transport student-athletes as needed.

Ability to meet district and state certification requirements.
