Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- Coordinate and delegate staff tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop new team members according to company standards.
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions.
- Motivate and support team members while working toward shared goals.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Card.
- Valid OLCC Permit.
Pay: $19.25 - $20.25 per hour
