The UPS Store is a Full-Service Retail Business Center. We are at the forefront of premier customer services when it comes to Shipping, Document Print Solutions and Mailbox Services. The Ideal Candidate will be:
- Detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Have previous retail experience with exceptional customer service skills appropriate.
- Must be Responsible, Reliable, a Self-starter, have Excellent Communications Skills, and present a Professional Image and Attitude.
- Proficiency with computers and standard MS Office software is expected.
Responsibilities include: Exceptional Customer Service related to Retail Sales and Service • Operation of Point Of Sale Terminal • Manifest packages for domestic and international destinations, • Package items for safe shipment • Sort and Distribute mail • Competent operation of common office business tools such as Fax, Copier, Digital Camera, Printers Scanners and more. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Store Associates to join and GROW with our team. We are also willing to train qualified persons to fill this position and willing to pay for performance.
Highly desirable skill sets (Not required but offer opportunities for growth and additional pay).
- California Notary Public Commission
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Design software
- Previous Quick Print Copy Center Operations
- Retail Shipping Center Operations
