We are seeking a Home Health Aide/CNA for our clients in Passaic county area. Our ideal candidate will have had previous experience as a Home Health Aide in the DDD Community with different types of behaviors.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills with the ability to assess client needs, along with the ability to support the client with completion of ADL skills and any life skills enhancement within the home and in the community. The case requires someone that is proficient with the utilization of a Hoyer lift, comfortable with showering the service recipients and meeting any additional personal need.

You must be at least 20 years of age and must possess a current NJ Drivers License with a clean driving record. For immediate consideration please provide a brief cover letter along with your current availability, shift preference and prior work experience.
