About Lynnko Bakery
Lynnko Bakery is an artisan bakery in Santa Ana, California, combining Japanese and French baking techniques under one roof, a combination rarely found in the area. We bake fresh every day, carefully sourcing high-quality ingredients from around the world while incorporating high-quality ingredients from local U.S. suppliers. We select ingredients based on quality and suitability for each product rather than following trends. We value consistent quality, craftsmanship, and consistency in everything we bake, and we continue to develop original products, including our signature rice bread collection created in collaboration with one of our suppliers. We are building a bakery that customers return to for years and where team members can build long-term careers. We believe a carefully made loaf of bread can make an ordinary day a little better. Responsibilities
- Assist with ingredient prep, weighing and scaling, and dough production
- Support dividing, shaping, packaging, labeling, and staging orders
- Support bakers throughout daily production by preparing ingredients, maintaining an organized workspace, and assisting wherever needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas, including washing containers, trays, sheet pans, and equipment
Qualifications
- Baking experience preferred, with paid training provided to help you keep growing
- Eager to learn, hardworking, a fast learner, and looking to grow long term
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- California Food Handler Card preferred, or willing to obtain one after hire within the required time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (Required)
