Salary : $24.96/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Residential Sales, Rehab & Maintenance Area Manager
Summary : This position will be responsible for leading complex residential construction projects from concept through completion. This position combines expert-level craftsmanship with full-spectrum project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors and materials through the Nations & HUD’s procurement process. This position plays a key role in developing the next generation of trades workers by mentoring junior carpenters through on-site training, skill development and performance coaching in addition to technical leadership. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Associate’s degree in construction management, Project Management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ten (10) years of professional residential carpentry experience including advanced finish work
- Five (5) years’ experience managing residential remodeling
