Pay Rate: $ 2,200 To $2,400/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Experience: 1+ Year Preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, and support patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver physical therapy treatments using appropriate modalities and techniques.
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Active California Physical Therapist License.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy (Master's/DPT preferred).
Current AHA BLS Certification.
Strong patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in physical therapy or healthcare preferred.
