Maggie McFly's is a growing concept with our newest location just opening in Boca Raton Florida. We are looking for a hybrid Sever/Supervisor position. We have a passion for making our guests fresh, delicious, and locally sourced dishes and drinks while relaxing in a beautiful atmosphere.
The Supervisor leads the shift and the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties. The Shift Supervisor will also assist with training or guest’s issues/concerns during the shift.
Requirements
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to take direction and delegate
- Promotes a team atmosphere and works well as part of a team
- Prior leadership experience
- Prior restaurant/hospitality experience
