Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
All Source+ is a growing manufacturing company specializing in custom metal, wood, and plastic displays and components for retail and OEM clients.
We’re looking for a hands-on Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily shipping and receiving operations, keep inventory accurate, and ensure orders go out on time and in top condition. If you take pride in organization, teamwork, and a job done right — we want to meet you!
This position offers growth potential for individuals looking to advance into a Warehouse or Logistics Manager role as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and participate in daily shipping and receiving tasks
- Use ERP and shipping software to track shipments and create documentation
- Inspect orders for accuracy and quality
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory and storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Collaborate with production to meet shipment deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of shipping and/or warehouse experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and forklift certification is a plus
