We are growing and looking to add a PPC Specialist to our team! As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients (Mostly Google Ads, but see more on this below). You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our clients’ online marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
- 75%+ of this role would be focused on Google Ads management
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget and ROI
- Leveraging AI in a responsible manager
Analytics & Reporting:
- Conversion setup and management (ie – Google Enhanced Conversions)
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance
- Utilizing data analytics tools like Databox, Looker [Data] Studio, etc.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for PPC campaigns, ensuring campaigns are optimized and cost-effective
- Monitor and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Testing & Optimization:
- Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Stay current with PPC best practices and strategies
- Work with web team for landing page setup and optimization
Communication:
- Collaborate with clients and/or internal team members to understand business objectives and tailor PPC campaigns accordingly
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency setting preferred but not required)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC campaign management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills.
- Willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in-person at our Milwaukee office 2-3 days/week with work-from-home the rest of the time.
