Maintenance Associate Position Summary
The Maintenance Associate position is responsible for diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities and grounds while utilizing appropriate equipment according to safety processes and policies to support the achievement of the facilities’ business goals and objectives.
Maintenance Associate Essential Job Functions

- Maintain external and internal premises: painting of the entire facility, repairing and maintaining drywalls, flooring, plumbing as necessary etc.
- Perform repairs: change lights and light fixtures, locks, repair and maintain A/C, ceiling tiles, etc.
- Install and set up office spaces: building furniture, setting up desk areas, hanging paintings etc.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Required Education and Experience
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience.
