We're looking for a motivated salesperson to join our team and help homeowners bring their backyard projects to life. No experience in the construction industry is required, but we expect you to bring confidence, reliability, and hard work to our team.
This is a flexible, part-time position (approximately 10-25 hours per week) with a base salary plus a project-based commission. If you're self-motivated and enjoy working with people, this role offers the opportunity to earn well while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Your day-to-day will include meeting with prospective clients, designing simple backyard concepts using our 3D software, and guiding customers through the sales process. You'll spend time in the field, work from home when you're not meeting with clients, and manage your own schedule.
You'll work directly alongside the owners, shadowing appointments and receiving hands-on training until you're comfortable running appointments on your own.
