Membership Sales Associate – Fast-Paced Fitness Studio (HOTWORX Manvel)

This is not your typical behind-the-desk position—our role combines sales, community engagement, and business networking to grow our vibrant fitness community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through proactive outreach, personalized consultations, and exceptional customer service.
- Foster community relationships through outreach and networking to expand our local presence.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to promote HOTWORX and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to engage current members and attract new clients.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and spotless workout environment; assisting with daily cleaning tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive studio atmosphere that reflects our commitment to health, wellness, and community.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or service industry.
- Strong community outreach and B2B networking skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to assist with daily cleaning and studio maintenance.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour plus commission, salary based on experience
