Aaron’s Home Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexible, supplemental work without a full-time commitment. The RN will primarily complete initial client assessments, supervisory visits, reassessments, and other nursing oversight required for our home care clients.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial in-home client assessments
- Develop and/or review client plans of care
- Conduct required supervisory and follow-up visits
- Complete client reassessments as needed
- Assess client needs, safety concerns, and changes in condition
- Provide appropriate oversight and guidance to caregivers/CNAs
- Communicate concerns or changes to the office and appropriate members of the care team
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Georgia home care requirements
Schedule
PRN / As Needed
Visits are scheduled based on new client admissions and ongoing supervisory requirements. This position offers flexibility and is ideal for an RN seeking additional income alongside another position or other professional commitments.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Home care, home health, hospice, senior care, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Dependable and comfortable working independently in the field
