We are a home performance contracting company that specializes in insulating homes, cleaning & sealing air ducts, and installing rain gutters making homes warmer, drier, and breathing healthier.
We are seeking an experienced inside sales or customer service specialist that also has experience in home improvement or construction. Candidates with experience at Home Depot, Lowes or other construction retail sales (lumber yard, hardware store, supply house), are welcome!
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. This energetic role combines proactive outreach, solution-oriented communication, and strategic account management to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. You will play a vital part in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing prompt and accurate information about products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups, updates, and personalized support.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and resilience.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
