As an Enrollment Associate, you'll be the face of our campaigns, meeting customers in person, understanding their needs, and enrolling them in the right fiber internet solutions. Enrollment Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with customers during in-person interactions to introduce and promote fiber internet enrollment options.
- Clearly explain products, discounts, and plans to help customers make confident enrollment decisions.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience reflecting the standards of Kingdom Management Group and our clients.
- Assist customers with new service activations, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up communications.
- Handle customer information with care, following company guidelines to keep every enrollment secure and compliant.
- Stay current on service updates, features, and promotions to make thoughtful fiber internet recommendations.
- Work alongside fellow Enrollment Associates to hit daily and weekly enrollment targets.
- Stay curious and coachable, using training sessions and feedback to sharpen your skills.
