Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management within the food and bar service industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent cash handling skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to lead a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Experience in bartending and serving is a plus.
