About Us
Fostered Collection is a small batch children's apparel brand based in Tulsa. We ship our clothing to families across the country from our local warehouse. Our holiday season is our busiest time of the year and we are building out our team to handle it.
The Role
We are hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates to help us pick, pack and ship customer orders through the Black Friday and holiday rush. This is a hands on warehouse role in a fast moving environment. You will be on your feet, moving through the warehouse, locating products and getting orders out the door accurately and on time.
Assignment runs from late October through the end of December. Strong performers may be considered for permanent positions.
What You Will Do
- Pick customer orders from bin locations throughout the warehouse
- Pack orders carefully so they arrive in great condition
- Scan and verify items to make sure every order is accurate
- Apply shipping labels and stage packages for carrier pickup
- Help receive and put away incoming inventory
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Assist with counts and other warehouse tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and on time, every shift
- Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Careful and detail oriented, since accuracy matters more than speed
- Able to follow a process and learn our scanning system
- Works well with a team
- Available the week of Black Friday, including the Friday itself and the two Saturdays after
- 18 or older
No warehouse experience required. We will train you on everything.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
- Extra hours and occasional Saturdays available during peak weeks
- Some flexibility on start time
Pay and Perks
