Line Cook / Prep Cook Requirements

Food preparation

High school diploma/GED required

Experience with Prep, Sauté, Grill, and Garde Manger preferred

Above average knife skills required

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

ServeSafe Certification preferred

Proven working experience in a full-service kitchen

Collaborate with Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours

Strong communication and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow recipes
