As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Plant Transformation Department supporting scientific research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist technical personnel with routine laboratory operations, data collection, and information management in support of scientific research.
- Perform tasks according to established methods, standard operating procedures, and training provided by the work group.
- Support plant transformation and tissue culture activities within a laboratory setting.
- Maintain accurate records and organized workflows to ensure data integrity and reproducibility.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive laboratory environment through proactive engagement and adherence to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Plant Sciences, or a related field.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and a general understanding of scientific principles and laboratory practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in performing laboratory tasks.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
