Must have a valid Drivers License
2 or more years of experience
Position involves painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other general maintenance duties
Maintain all buildings, property ,equipment and work orders.
Must keep the grounds of the community immaculate
Pay will be based on skill and experience
On call duties are required for the job
