This is a live, on-camera sales role where performance and results matter. Candidates must be comfortable engaging an audience and driving sales in real time.
Shift Options
We are hiring for multiple shift windows. Exact schedules may vary based on business needs, show schedules, and applicant availability.
Approximate shift windows may include:
- Early Morning: approximately 3:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Daytime: shifts within approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening: shifts within approximately 4:00 PM – Midnight
- Overnight: shifts such as approximately 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
We are open to full-time or part-time availability. Additional hours may be available based on performance, reliability, and business needs.
About the Role
We are hiring on-camera live auction sales hosts to run fast-paced live shopping shows featuring designer clothing, shoes, and handbags.
This is a performance-driven role where you will engage with viewers, manage live chat, create urgency, and close sales in real time.

Responsibilities
Pre-Show Preparation
- Pull and organize inventory
- Prepare talking points and pricing
Live Hosting
- Present items and drive bidding
- Maintain an active and engaging chat environment
- Answer questions and create urgency
- Close sales during live sessions
Show Management
- Control pacing, energy, and overall flow
- Stay organized while managing multiple items and live interaction
Qualifications
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in sales and performance-based compensation
- Basic knowledge of fashion (brands, fit, fabrics) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn basic streaming technology (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Apex, NC
Not a Fit If

Compensation
All shifts:
- Training: $18/hour
- Certified hosts after training: $22/hour
- Performance bonus opportunities available for strong sellers
Top performers may earn $1,200–$2,300 per week, with potential to reach $100,000+ annually based on performance, schedule, and show results.
