Customer Service Associate
Rate - $18-20$/h
Position Information:
CardShopLive is looking for an Customer Service Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate would be adaptable, a quick learner, has previous experience with direct customer service and knowledge of social media platforms. This role will be a “catch all” doing customer service, order fulfillment, assisting others on the team, and may look different from day to day depending on teams needs.

Knowledge of Collectible Trading Cards (Sports Cards, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, etc)
Experience with social media platforms including (Instagram & TikTok)
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
