We are a great match for clinicians who want autonomy, including the ability to determine their own schedule and thus income, without the administrative burden of running a practice. We manage all billing, credentialing, rent, and overhead.
You will have the freedom to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow your caseload in a way that fits your life and professional goals.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom of private practice with the stability and structure of W2 employment.
Supervision is available for limited license clinicians
We hire clinically strong and ethical providers, and require our clinicians to:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
- Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
Qualifications required include:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LP) or limited license track
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Professional communication skills
- Comfort with hybrid work model
