Our Story
The Marshall Billing Companies, Marshall Medical Billing and Marshall EMS Billing, was founded in 2023, and we have been rapidly growing ever since. We take pride in delivering exceptional medical and ambulance/EMS billing services to the healthcare providers and agencies we serve.
Our passion for excellence drives us to take a true leadership and partnership approach with every client. We work closely with healthcare providers to ensure their billing operations are accurate, compliant, and optimized for long-term success.
We understand that behind every medical claim is a patient and a healthcare professional relying on us to ensure procedures are processed correctly and financial records are handled with precision. That’s why we take pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps healthcare organizations financially healthy allowing them to stay focused on what matters most: caring for patients and saving lives.
Our team brings together deep expertise in medical and ambulance/EMS billing, insurance regulations, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and revenue cycle management. This knowledge allows us to deliver reliable results and dependable service our clients can trust.
Just as important as the work we do is how we work together. We continually strive to be an excellent employer by providing our team members with genuine support, competitive pay and benefits, and a workplace built on fairness, teamwork, accountability, transparency, and growth.
As our logos reflect, we are proud to be American and are committed to creating quality jobs across the United States rather than relying on overseas or offshore services.
Our Culture
We believe the best results come from a team that operates with integrity, accountability, and mutual respect. Our environment is professional, collaborative, and supportive. And we value people who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and are willing to step in to help the team when needed.
This is not a “clock in and coast” environment. Our work requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and follow-through, because accuracy in medical billing directly impacts the financial stability of the agencies we serve.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and contributing to a team that values high standards and shared success, you’ll feel right at home here.
