Join Our Growing ABA Team in Colorado! Bilingual RBTs (English/Spanish) Wanted
We are actively hiring multiple Bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the State of Colorado to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish, passionate about making a difference, enjoy working with children, and want to grow your career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services.
- Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications

- Active RBT certification required.
- High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
