The Baylor CNA provides direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Baylor positions generally require working weekend shifts (typically two 16-hour shifts or 32 hours over Saturday and Sunday) while receiving additional pay or credit for a full-time schedule.

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
Obtain and record vital signs.
Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary.
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
Document care provided according to facility policies.
Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation of residents within the facility.
Follow infection-control, safety, HIPAA, and resident-rights regulations.
Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Current CPR certification (preferred or required by some facilities).
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Successful completion of Level 2 background screening/AHCA requirements.
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Work 32 hours and receive pay equivalent to 36–40 hours, depending on facility policy.
