Your Vision, Our Goal
No experience is required — we provide training, tools, and support. Prior construction or fence experience is a plus.
Install residential and commercial fence products as directed by the Supervisor or Crew Leader
Work alongside crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Represent the company professionally with customers and coworkers
Dependable transportation to the office daily
Valid Driver’s License or government-issued ID
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various terrains
Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, and twisting motions
Good coordination and physical stamina
