About the Role: Dental Patient Care Coordinator
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the welcoming face and steady guide for our patients. You’ll create a warm first impression, support patients through their treatment journey, and help ensure every visit runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate scheduling for general and specialty dental services
- Verify insurance and review financial arrangements
- Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate patient records using cloud-based systems
- Support a seamless, patient-centered experience from start to finish
